Climate change, geopolitical crises and the pandemic – the last few years have been rich in challenges for Germany, Europe and the world. But challenges are always also opportunities; opportunities to create a future that works sustainably better than current systems. It is our task to prepare tomorrow’s movers and shakers to take on these challenges. Because as Albert Einstein said, “You can never solve problems with the same mindset that created them.” A new EU project is promoting a new way of thinking by bringing together STEM, business and the highly required “future skills”.

The initiative that connects incubators across sectors to innovate and scale impact through collaborativ

In order to scale renewable energy schemes to a competitive size and price, multiple stakeholders from industry, production, regulation and society have to act together. By building an ecosystem platform, a consortium of industry thought leaders, financers, experts from research and economy, NGOs, and policy makers creates the conditions, tools, network and lobby to incubate projects from idea to scaling.

interACT is an ecosystem of supply chain solutions that brings retailers and their suppliers together with independent solutionaries to co-create customised and optimised value chain solutions. Together with industry leaders, interACT aims to transform the retail industry through concerted collaboration and value chain transformation.

The food industry has the obligation to reduce the footprint our nutrition has for the world. For this, strong and committed producers join forces with NGO for quality control and an effective, agile management team. We (i) establish a scientific advisory board to develop comparative standards for CO₂e transparency in the food industry; (ii) develop an industry standard for transparent collection and communication of the CO₂e footprint of a product; (iii) communicate the importance of product-related CO₂ emissions to the public, politicians, consumers and companies.
